1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy describes how Wuhan Mobo Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Mobo.AI," "we," "us" or "our") handles information through mobo Ads Agent. The application is an internal campaign operations and monitoring tool used by authorized members of our advertising operations and engineering teams.
The application is not offered to the general public and does not access a Google Ads account unless Mobo.AI has been granted access by the account owner or an authorized administrator.
2. Google user data and other data we access
When an authorized operator connects or uses a Google account, mobo Ads Agent may process:
- Authorization data: OAuth authorization records, access tokens, refresh tokens and token status required to maintain authorized API access.
- Account data: Google Ads customer ID, account name, account status, currency, time zone and manager-account relationships.
- Campaign data: campaign, budget, ad group, asset and ad identifiers; names; statuses; targeting and bidding configuration; and approved change history.
- Performance data: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value, geographic performance and calculated operational KPIs.
- Operational data: internal approval records, monitoring results, alerts, audit events, error details and the identity of the internal operator who initiated an action.
The Google OAuth scope used by the application is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. The scope permits viewing and managing Google Ads data; mobo Ads Agent applies its own internal access controls and approval rules on top of that authorization.
3. How we use data
We use the information described above only to:
- authenticate authorized operators and connect to authorized Google Ads accounts;
- retrieve account and performance data for dashboards, reports and operational analysis;
- monitor campaigns against operator-defined KPI, budget and safety thresholds;
- generate alerts and recommendations for human review;
- carry out campaign-management actions after the applicable internal approval;
- maintain security, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse and keep audit records; and
- comply with legal, regulatory and platform-policy obligations.
We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, consumer profiling, credit decisions or the training of generalized artificial-intelligence models.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information handled by mobo Ads Agent. These include access-controlled secret storage, least-privilege operator permissions, encryption in transit, restricted production access, audit logging and review of sensitive actions.
OAuth tokens and other credentials are not intentionally placed in source control, public files or application logs. If required credentials are missing or invalid, the application is designed to fail closed rather than use an unrelated account credential.
6. Retention and deletion
OAuth credentials are retained only while the relevant authorization remains active and the application requires them for the purposes described in this policy. Operational data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for active monitoring, reporting, security, audit and legal obligations.
When authorization is revoked, an account relationship ends or a valid deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify the associated credentials and data unless continued retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention or an unresolved contractual obligation. Backup copies are removed according to our standard backup lifecycle.
7. Your choices and control
An authorized Google account user can revoke the application's Google access through the Google Account third-party connections page. A Google Ads account administrator can also remove Mobo.AI's account access in Google Ads.
To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with mobo Ads Agent, contact mobo@mobo.ai. We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority over the relevant account.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
mobo Ads Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the application, law or platform requirements. We will publish the updated policy at this URL and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to affected authorized users when appropriate.
