1. The service
These Terms govern authorized use of mobo Ads Agent, an internal campaign operations and monitoring application developed and operated by Wuhan Mobo Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Mobo.AI," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the application, you agree to these Terms and any applicable internal company policies.
2. Authorized use
The application is available only to Mobo.AI personnel, approved contractors and other expressly authorized operators. You may use it only for Google Ads accounts that Mobo.AI is authorized to access and only within the permissions assigned to you.
You must not provide access to an unauthorized person, attempt to reach an unrelated account, bypass approval controls or use the application for any unlawful, deceptive or abusive purpose.
3. Operator responsibilities
- Keep your Google account and application credentials confidential and secure.
- Use accurate campaign, budget, account and approval information.
- Review proposed actions before approving or executing them.
- Comply with Google Ads policies, applicable law, client instructions and Mobo.AI internal controls.
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, credential exposure or incorrect platform actions.
4. Human approvals and safeguards
mobo Ads Agent may calculate KPIs, generate alerts or prepare campaign-management actions. Those outputs assist operators and do not replace professional judgment. Campaign creation and activation may require separate approval steps. Budget increases and other sensitive actions remain subject to express human approval.
You are responsible for reviewing the current Google Ads account state, attribution delays, platform responses and other relevant information before acting.
5. Google and other third-party services
The application depends on Google Ads, Google APIs and infrastructure operated by third parties. Your use of those services remains subject to their own agreements and policies. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. mobo Ads Agent is an independent Mobo.AI tool and is not a Google product, partnership or endorsement.
6. Privacy and data protection
Our processing of information through the application is described in the mobo Ads Agent Privacy Policy. You must handle account and campaign information in accordance with that policy and applicable confidentiality requirements.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We may update, limit or discontinue features to address platform changes, security, legal or operational requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and platform data may be delayed, revised or unavailable.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke application access when authorization ends, an operator changes roles, credentials become invalid, a security risk is identified or these Terms are violated. Google account owners and administrators may revoke Google authorization independently at any time.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that platform data, recommendations or forecasts will be complete or error-free. Advertising outcomes depend on market conditions, platform systems, attribution and operator decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect application, legal or platform changes. The current version will be published at this URL with its effective date. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
